Two of our colleagues, Shafqat Bashar and Stephen Thomas, recently attended Building the Smarter State 2024, techUK’s flagship public services conference in Westminster. With over 300 attendees, the event, opened by techUK CEO Julian David, highlighted the U.K. government's significant digital transformation over the past decade.

The conference focused on the importance of community, collaboration, and partnership in driving change, recognising that no single digital solution fits all. Key discussions explored how to build smarter, more connected public services—an approach closely aligned with Acubed.it's vision. Marking its 10th anniversary, the event showcased how technology continues to shape public services and deliver meaningful outcomes for citizens.
