The Acubed.IT team is proud to announce a key milestone in our collaboration with the Investment Security Unit (ISU) of the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS) and the BEIS Digital team. Together, we have successfully delivered the end-to-end National Security Investment (NSI) digital service, marking an important step in safeguarding the UK's national security.

The ISU, a newly established unit within BEIS, plays a vital role in managing the regulatory framework introduced by the NSI Act, which came into effect in January 2022. The National Security and Investment (NSI) Act allows the government to scrutinise and intervene in specific acquisitions that may pose risks to national security. 

 

Our work with BEIS ISU and the BEIS Digital team shows our commitment to creating innovative and reliable digital solutions that meet the changing needs of national security regulations. Together, we’ve built a digital platform that makes it easier for stakeholders to comply with the NSI Act and simplifies the investment process.
